We started our tour "Across the Creek." This area is comprised of one long skinny rectangle of a field.

Roberto, our guide, showed us the veggies, and gave us an overview of the farming methods and systems used at Sweetwater.

In this large field, plants grow in vertical rows, with walking rows cutting vertically and twice horizontally for access.

Spring water is pumped up to holding tanks, where it is piped to sprinkler heads in the fields.
